Prohibitie pescuit 2021

ANPA published the draft Order on establishing the periods and areas of fishing prohibition, as well as the areas of protection of living aquatic resources in 2021.
 
General information about the fishing season and the 2021 ban period
 
The general prohibition period in 2021 for commercial, recreational / sport and family fishing is 60 days between April 9 and June 7 inclusive.

The prohibition period in the waters that constitute the state border in 2021 is established for a period of 45 days, between April 24 and June 7 inclusive, with the exceptions provided in the order.

For state border waters with the Republic of Bulgaria, fishing is prohibited for a period of 45 days, from April 24 to June 7 inclusive.

For waters forming the state border with Ukraine, including the Gulf of Musura, fishing is prohibited for a period of 45 days, from April 24 to June 7 inclusive.

Species restrictions in the 2021 fishing season and ban
  • The prohibition period for Pike is established between February 1, 2021 - March 15, 2021 inclusive and between February 1, 2022 - March 15, 2022, without prejudice to the provisions of art. 1;
  • The prohibition period at Salau and perch is established between March 28 - June 7 inclusive;
  • Prohibition period for mackerel: see draft order;
  • Prohibition period for Coregon and grayling: it is all year round;
  • Sturgeon prohibition period: all year round, except for scientific fishing;
  • The prohibition period for indigenous trout, rainbow trout and fantastic trout is January 1, 2021 - March 31, 2021 and between October 1, 2021 and March 31, 2022.
  • The ban period at Calcan is April 15 -June 15 inclusive

Restrictions on areas in the fishing season and 2021 ban
  • in the protection areas for living aquatic resources (details in the draft order);
  • in biological recovery areas for living aquatic resources (details in the draft order);
  • in the Razim - Sinoe Complex and the coastal lakes, for a period of 60 days, between April 9 and June 7 inclusive;
  • in the economic area Meleaua Sfantu Gheorghe to Ciotic, for a period of 60 days, between April 9 and June 7 inclusive;
  • in the Prut river and in the permanently or temporarily adjacent flooded areas, as well as in the Stanca - Costesti accumulation lake, for a period of 60 days, between April 9 and June 7 inclusive.
